White Chocolate Chip-Macadamia Nut Pancakes
Wake up your loved ones to the taste of these wonderful macadamia nut pancakes. These are a great way to start any day or save them for the weekend for a special brunch.

Ingredients:
- 2 C Sifted all-purpose flour
- 3/4 t baking powder
- 1 1/4 t soda
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 C buttermilk
- 1/4 C melted unsalted butter
- 3/4-1 lge. pkge. whte choc chips
- 1/2 C chopped, toasted Macadamia nuts
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except for nuts. Drop by 1/4 C measure onto lightly greased griddle, spreading batter slightly. Sprinkle with nuts. Flip when browned. Garnish with fresh blackberries and warmed blackberry syrup. Serves 5-6

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
Directions
Whisk eggs and sour cream; add to dry ingredients. Place large spoonful on hot griddle and cook until bubbly and able to turn. Turn and cook on other side until lightly browned. Serve topped with sliced apple bananas, toasted coconut, and macadamia butter. Serve with passion fruit syrup.
