Macadamia Nut Ice cream

Winner of a Gonuts Basket of goodies.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of macadamia nuts crushed roughly not too fine
• 1 cup of chopped apricots/raisons or any dried fruit you like
• 1 cup of white chocolate buds
• 1 litre of vanilla ice cream

Directions:

Let the ice cream thaw a little so easy to mix, then add ingredients and stir. Replace in freezer to set and then you have a delicious upmarket ice cream for half the cost.
