Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
A fee of $30 applies upon cancellation for all confirmed and paid for bookings. Provided that cancellation occurs a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, full refund less $30 cancellation fee will be given.

If less than 30 days notice is given the deposit will not be refunded. For bookings during school or public holidays if less than 30 days notice is given payment will not be refunded except in respect to dates which are rebooked.
