Two bedroom fully self-contained limestone bungalow. One bedroom has a QS bed and the other bedroom has a QS bed and a set of bunk beds. Modern kitchen with european appliances, dishwasher and s/s benchtops with marri drawers. Bathroom has a bath and shower. Suitable for families, small groups or just a couple. Large verandah areas for relaxing and watching the kangaroos, has beautiful views to the National Park. Amazing birdlife. Breakfast Basket available for $75, includes our new olive oil, lasts two days for two people. Please refer to website for menu. Our 2006 Three Boys" Zinfandel is now available for sale/ for $20/bottle. Let us know if you would like a bottle in your room on arrival. Made from our 9 yr old organic vines and made onsite in our new winery. Big red fruit, cherry, hint of chocolate on the long finish. Great with tomato based dishes, proscuitto and stew. Enjoy by the fire. Babies and children welcome, under 2 yrs no charge, over 2yrs charge is $25/night. Cot with linen and highchair available for $10 per night. Our most luxurious bungalow. Designed especially for couples. Very spacious and private, with native garden and farm views from every room. Watch blue wrens and other birds in the birdbath. Large double spa bath, bath robes, KS bed, leather sofas, wood fire, contemporary quality furnishings, full kitchen, dishwasher, hammock and bbq. Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT Total payment is due upon booking. Sometimes we will allow a deposit if the booking is a long time ahead. CANCELLATIONS - PLEASE BOOK CAREFULLY. We are a small business with only four bungalows. Your booking means we are holding the bungalow especially for you. Cancellations will only be accepted if made more than a month before staying and a $100 cancellation fee will apply. If you change your mind and decide not to stay or choose to cut your stay short a 100% cancellation fee applies. wish to alter this time please ask in advance. Being small we have to be very organised for the cleaning for the next guests check in. Late check outs are not available unless organised in advance. CLEANING Guests are expected to leave the bungalow clean and tidy. If the bungalow is not left in a clean state you will be billed for the extra time required for cleaning.
